After taking the photo of the kids taking their outdoor shower, I strolled about further uphill and saw some houses... one of it was a small hut with its door open but I passed by it. Suddenly from the corner of my eyes, an umbrella outside the door swooped into the house. Intrigued, I backtracked and saw the umbrella open. Aiming my camera at ready, my heart melted when I saw who was hiding behind it and took a snap.

This shot was taken approximately 2500m above sea level, as my parents and I traveled up towards Mount Kinabalu, the highest point in Malaysia, and 4th highest in South East Asia. We visited one of the rural primary schools to check on their conditions while documenting how life fares up high where no city boy like me would've ventured in our lifetime.
