Plants, as common as they may seem, can also bring about the most beautiful of compositions even without the need to set it up like a bouquet.

This shot was taken in my mom's garden - it's a jungle out there! Hehe! But good enough for me to play with a roll-full! This sweet potato plant (I think) is blooming its seed and with the shrubbery all green around it, I thought it'll be cool to angle it as though the bud is "landing" on the leaf. Nothing here was touched nor any touch-up was done on the photo. This is also another try on my motto-in-practice: "Make the strange familiar and the familiar strange."

I'm thinking of putting that "burnt" look on my frames. Should I continue on to all my future photos or should I stick to the o'l format?
